Toggle: Begins weeping to deal Magic Damage equal to 15/20/25/30 + [1/1.2/1.4/1.6 + 0.6%]% of their maximum Health to nearby enemies every second.

Tantrum

Active: Deals 90 magic damage (90/120/150/180 + 50% ) to nearby enemies and slows them by 20% for 0.5 seconds.

Tantrum's cooldown is reduced by 0.5 seconds when Amumu is hit by an attack.
